GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Envie Fitness offers a variety of group fitness classes in El Paso, taught by certified instructors in small groups.   EnVie Fitness is a MyZone studio-wearable technology allows our members to track their workouts and it also allows them to see exactly how many calories they are burning and how much effort they are putting into a workout as it is happening.  Classes are varied but include cardio, strength and flexibility. Classes offered, but are not limited to are Boot Camp, Zone HIIT, Spin, TRX, Body Sculpting, Zumba-Toning, Strong, Booty Barre, Yoga, Pilates and much more.

ZONE HIIT CLASS

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.  MyZone allows us to program our classes for better results.

BOOT CAMP

One hour group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

STRENGTH TRAINING CLASS

A one hour long strength class utilizing kettle bells of varied weight. Workout includes different movements such as the deadlift, swing, clean and press, and snatch. Each of these movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that build strength, improve flexibility and burn fat and calories.

TRX

TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises. TRX is incorporated into many of our classes.

BOOTY BARRE

Booty Barre is a 45 to 60 min. fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance,  Pilates and Flexibility. The class will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

This 45 -60 minute class challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls.  This class focuses on on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

BOXING AND KICKBOXING

A one hour group fitness class that combines boxing and or/martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio and strength training.  Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility. Burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

TABATA

This 45 to 60 min. class is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT)  designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time.  Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time.

SPIN AND ZONE SPIN 

Indoor cycling class provides you with a vigorous workout without the impact of running or jumping. You’ll burn calories and keep your muscles in shape while building your cardiovascular endurance and strength.  A Zone Spin class will be formatted to ensure that you get a great HIIT Spin class.

YOGA

This class is suitable for all levels and places emphasis on  physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness, agility, balance and listening to the body.

ZUMBA DANCE, TONING, STRONG, AND SENTAO 

One hour class of Zumba always takes the  “work” out of working out. Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Featuring a great variety of music to go along with a great group of experienced instructors.
