We would like to invite you to become one of our foundation members in our Seniors, Get Fit program. The first 20 members to join will receive a special introductory rate of $40/month.  Our experienced, certified instructors will be by your side and coaching you throughout the entire work out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10-11 am.  The classes will vary each day, but will include Strength, Cardio, Balance and Flexibility.   Our goal is to help you get stronger and healthier all in a fun and comfortable environment!  We will ensure that all of your exercises are geared for you and that your safety comes first.
